Consultation is for leaders who need focused engagement around what the assessment revealed — without the full scope of a coaching engagement. Direct, responsive work structured around the leader’s specific results.

Consultation does not produce a developed plan or ongoing deliverables. It names what is actually here, begins addressing what the results require, and points the leader toward the right next step.
