According to Gallup 2026, leadership offers little upside in terms of positive emotions. The LITT Assessment measures where a leader stands across ten domains of life and leadership, names the domain where strain is currently concentrating, and provides coaching for a better way of leading.

Team Results Review Consultation
The single strongest predictor of team effectiveness had nothing to do with who was on the team. It was whether people felt safe. – google project aristotle
Leaders aren’t the only ones carrying the weight.
When a leader is fragmenting, the team absorbs it. When the team is fragmenting, the organization reflects it. Each participant receives their individual results. You receive the fuller picture of where your team actually is.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
What is this assessment measuring?
High-capacity leaders are exceptionally skilled at maintaining external function while internal architecture weakens. Performance is one of the most effective concealment mechanisms available. The problem is that the fracture does not wait for a convenient moment to appear. It arrives when the load gets heavy enough.
The assessment gives a leader precise visibility into where that point is before it becomes the point of failure, or First Fracture Point. The results name the domain carrying disproportionate load, describe its current state, and project what the current pattern will produce if the trajectory holds. This is not a personality profile. It is a structural reading of a leader under sustained pressure.
What is the First Fracture Point
Strain does not distribute evenly. It concentrates. And it concentrates in the same domain first.
Every leader has a predictable pattern for where pressure shows up first. For some, it surfaces in health. For others, it is relationships, decision-making, or the alignment between what they say they value and how they actually live. That domain is the First Fracture Point. Left unaddressed, it absorbs increasing load until it begins to affect the rest of the system.
The LITT Assessment identifies it. By name. Across ten domains of life and leadership.
How long does it take?
The full assessment takes 10-15 minutes and is 28 questions. The results may take an additional 12-30 minutes to review and sit with.
How should I approach answering?
The assessment covers the last six months of your life and leadership — not your best season, not your intentions. For each question, choose the answer that fits most accurately for that time frame. Be as objective as possible and choose the closest honest answer.
What happens after I finish?
